The bread is produced in an artisanal and traditional way. All bread production techniques are manual (cutting, weighing and kneading), being the kneader the only machine.
• Opening hours: 10:00 to 13:30 and 17:00 to 20:30 (winter), and 10:00 to 13:30 and 17:00 to 21:00 (summer) Monday to Saturday.
• Distributing also to restaurants and hotels within the region.
