Coca d'ou (EGG CAKE)
The dough is first made with water, salt and flour. The eggs, sugar, oil and baking powder are added, all at a time, and the dough is kneaded until it is well blended. It is then rolled out giving it a long shape. Before baking it, some oil drops and sugar are poured over the dough. It is baked for about 15 minutes and sprinkled with some drops of anisette while it is still warm.
