Agredolç de pernil (Bittersweet Ham)
4 cubes- Ham
3 spoonfuls - Honey
Fry the ham in some oil and set aside.
In the same pan, add a spurt of vinegar and the honey. Mix and cook until the vinegar looses the strong smell. Pour over the ham and serve hot.
You can also blanch the ham before frying it. This recipe can also be prepared with pork liver, pork meat, lamb or chicken breast.
